A: Almost all Temp Sensors are usually located on the top of the engine itself. The Sensor has to actually touch the hot coolant . It is a small brass gadget that screws right into the thread on the engine (mostly near the thermostat.) It has an electrical plug connected on top . Unless Hummers are different evenin that to other cars. That’s where you will find it.

A: We all contribute to global warming in different ways. Why do you want a Hummer? If you’re just trying to buy something you can get off the pavement in you’re probably not just generating a lot of CO2 but also spending a lot money unnecessarily. Where I live there are lots of places out in the desert where a Hummer would just be too big to fit. I think Hummers are kind of ridiculous on the pavement, and poser cars in the dirt.

9 mpg city, 12mpg highway. The same as the Ferrari F430.
H3:
about 5mpg better.

Just got oil change and now it says engine life 0% and change engine oil…I double checked dip stick and it does have the new fresh oil…what do i do?

A: If it is like other GM models, turn the ignition on, do not start the engine, depress the gas peddle to the floor 3 times within 5 seconds of turning the ignition on. Waite 30 seconds, turn the ignition off. If this doesn’t reset the oil life, look into your owners manual for proper instructions.

A: The rear locker worked well, but for the size of it the ground clearance was too low, the panels would get scratched off roading easily. The suspension was weak and it only got 10-13mpg. No acceleration whatsoever. Not worth half the price paid.

A: Hummers take up alot of gas, but they are very nice cars. They can tranportate many people if you have a big family and they also can come with Tv’s if you have younger siblings. The 2009 corvette is also really expensive so if you really want to get him one that would be a good present. But insurance on it would be horrific because of it being a Sports car. I think you should go with the Hummer H2.

A: No, it’s not difficult to drive as long as you remember that it is a large vehicle. You just have to remember the length and width of the truck when parallel parking and such. But I’ve operated and parked the Suburban ( the vehicle which the H2 is based ) a few times before and it’s pretty easy to do once you get used to it.
